We had the windows installed right before coved started. It has been four years now and today almost a hundred degrees outside and the windows are better than I expected. They look great people have told me how much they love them and they work so well after these years. Every time I have a small issue one of his guys comes right out to fix a hole in the screen. After four years I am so impressed If you need windows I would not trust anyone else. Thanks, Russ

This Company should be called the Honest Window And Door Company because what you order is what you will receive plus so much more. These high end windows are not only beautiful, and durable they are also very affordable. I researched many window companies and chose Midwest when I saw them installing my neighbors windows. The crew was very professional focused and meticulous. They did an amazing job replacing about 20 old windows in just one day and they did the same for me. They also did a great job with the clean up. This is my first review of any kind; I’m doing this one because I believe in this company. With so so many companies to chose from go with this one the Honest Window And Door Company.

It was so hard to find a window place that would install above the third floor, but Steve was so easy to work with and was able to replace the windows in my 4th floor apartment. It took less that a day and they did a fantastic job!

I found the company with a google search. We were looking to replace our Anderson french doors but wanted a pet door built in. We searched but did not find many companies that offered this option, until we called Midwest Windows Direct. Steve Cotton came out and was very professional and friendly. He went over our options and they offered multiple pet door size options! They also offered financing and we placed the order. Midwest customer service was amazing, from Steve to the office staff. They kept us updated throughout the process. Our doors were installed within the time frame advised at time of purchase. They look great and are built to last.

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the work that Ironworks did for us. We had them replace our exterior doors as well as closing in our patio with glass. The meticulous workmanship and quality materials assure us of many years of worry free maintenance.

I loved that the owner was a mom and dad shop and the owner Steve walked us through everything. He was truly wonderful and the windows look great!

First, I received 3 quotes and Midwest Windows was the most affordable and the offered 0% financing for 18 months. (Of course it depends on your credit). Second, the sales person was knowledgeable and direct. Out of all the companies that came to my home he was there the least amount of time. Third, I ordered 16 windows and a door from MW Windows and they had them in a month. It only took the installers 8 hours to complete the job. I am very pleased with the work that was done and that the salesman suggested getting a door instead of a window. I’m that I happy went with MidWest Windows.

Other than a small material delay, great work manship truly professional. The installers were very friendly and helpful and the salesman Raju Abraham spoke the truth. You don’t find that in the contractor except here. I would recommend them to anybody.

Steve started us off with a consultation and answered all our questions. He had great suggestions and was upfront about payment and installation. The windows came much earlier than expected, but Abigail and Latoya in the office helped every step of the way. We ordered all new windows for our condo and a new back door, and the price was reasonable and installation efficient and thorough. Cannot say enough nice things. They had the best pricing on windows

We live in a downtown condo and Midwest was the only company around that offered to replace windows above a third floor. They had plenty of samples and information when we requested a quote and the windows were built quicker than expected (about 4 weeks for us). They even replaced all our windows in one day.

Replaced 7 windows on my sunporch and replaced my storm door/front door. Windows done in 1 day and the doors a week later. Guys were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. This is my 2nd time doing business with them. Will be back got about 6 more windows to do.

I really appreciate the hands-on customer service from Corey and the MWD team. I purchased new front and rear doors mainly because the old doors had not been installed properly. There were gaps and first floor was never warm in winter. Corey came and walked me through the process which allowed me to make an informed decision. He also worked with me to find the best doors within in my budget.

My doors were ready for install within 8 weeks. As it would happen, there was a mix up and I somehow ended up with a door I did not select. I called Corey and by the following Monday the correct door was reordered.

These things will happen. I got the right door installed 4 weeks later and the team of technicians made sure everything was right. I am just glad I was taken care of and all my concerns resolved. And no more gaps of winter light! All’s well that ends well!

Steve my salesman was very professional and I didn’t feel pressured at anytime during our appointment and helped me make a great decision on my door color and privacy glass. The installation team was timely the day and worked diligently with the window and door installation. I had 25 windows and a new entry door installed and love love love the way it looks. I had the windows replaced in my house and it is so much warmer in my house. I like Midwest windows much more than the windows I got from Champion.

I like the fact that they don’t pressure you to buy or sign a contract on the day of estimate/presentation. That alone convinced me that they trust their product. So far no problems with the windows.

Had a really positive experience with the whole Midwest Windows team — the pricing was fair (the best of 4 companies I considered) and the communication excellent from Steve and LaToya. Stanley was very professional answering my questions during the estimate process and did really clean and quick work on installation day. The windows were also ready a week+ earlier than expected. I dont know what happened to the first review but here I go again. I can’t or won’t write a good or bad review right now due to the windows are at the manufacturing stage as of this writing.They are not delivered nor installed and when that process is complete I will be more than happy to write a full review. At this time I can only say that the salesman Corey McCain did an excellent job in his presentation and representation of the company. To give an overall complete review right now would be like “counting my chickens before they hatch”. When the job is finishing will complete the review.

The post is late 4 months but in June 2022 my windows were installed by Midwest Windows. I did a whole house instead of doing it in phases. The crew was very respectful professional and on time. They allowed me to watch and I was supriese how fast and correctly they worked and the temperature that day was close to a hundred degrees but it didn’t-t stop or slow them down. Once completed we had some minor bumps alone the way but when in touch with Latoya in the office those bumps were corrected quickly. Even my sale rep got involve to help with the resolution . Midwest has a very good team in place and I believe that is why they are able to deliver in customer satisfaction. My windows are beautiful/ I’m happy!! I can honestly there are not many business that leave you in a place of total satisfaction.

This review is long overdue but I felt compelled to share my experience with this company. I needed to replace 7 windows on my multi-unit property and thought I’d give the locals a shot. Stanley came out and took the initial measurements and he was always very personable, professional and polite…give this man a raise! He was always responsive when handling any concerns. Once the windows were made…which took some time, install was fast and seamless. The work was done well and we could immediately appreciate the improvements in temperature within the units. Just had Front bedroom bay windows fitted and front room bay Windows Plus front soffit fascia guttering all nicely fitted to good workmen very pleased . Fixing was a very easy process with team from Midwest Windows Direct. We also had a set of French doors fitted in half a day no mess no fuss. Highly recommended.

We were lucky enough to have a fella called Midwest Windows Direct to fit our windows and patio door. They were fantastic at their job I can’t find fault anywhere. They worked hard both days. They cleaned up as they went along When I checked in to see if they wanted a coffee they talked me through everything they had done and what else needed doing.. the product looks great quality. The process was exceptional from start to finish! Corey came out, listened to my needs, and gave a great price. The windows came in in the time expected and instillation went exceptionally well. There was a small hiccup that they easily overcame. The lady in billing was also nice and responsive . Overall, I have a great experience and I plan on using Midwest again!

We had a really positive experience with Midwest Windows. We met with the CEO, Steve, who surprisingly doubled as our sales lead. We needed all 14 windows + a transom and sliding patio door replaced in our condo. He was thoughtful, thorough, and dynamic. He told us everything we needed to know about the purchasing and installation process. We only waited 5 weeks from purchase to installation (pretty miraculous given the pandemic). His installation team (of 3) got the job done in one day (12 hrs). They cleaned up well and walked us through details of how to care for the windows. And now we’re enjoying a MUCH cozier home now that we can actually control the temperature. We highly recommend Midwest Windows!

This company did a great job with replacing my windows in my rental unit. I was a little nervous at first because I had multiple companies come out for an estimate. Some companies didn’t really want to replace my windows because of the age (1885) of my building or the price for replacing windows were extremely high due to the size of the windows. Steve came out to do measurements of the window. He got back with us in a timely manner for a quote. Installation went well. LaToya was able to address any questions or concerns that I had prior to installation (since it was the beginning of Covid-19). I had my windows now for 2 years and no issues. I will definitely use this company again.

This is the second time Midwest has replaced windows at my home. They replaced 4 windows in 2017 and they replaced 4 windows in December of 2021. The process went smoothly each time. The installers were courteous and professional and left no mess or debri after the installation. The windows look great and work fabulously. Latoya at the office was pleasant to talk to and work with. There prices are better than the window companies who advertise on the sports talk stations in Chicago. Midwest is definitely my go to company for windows from now on.

I cannot begin to explain how great my experience was with Steve Cotton and Midwest Windows. My property has in excess of 100 windows so the process for selecting the design was daunting to say the least because a mistake would be an expensive oops. Steve was exceptionally patient and extremely helpful to me in coming up with the final design, counseling me on color options and window styles. We have gone through various seasons and on top of the windows looking FABULOUS (people stop and stare all the time), they have done wonders to reduce my utilities bills by helping to control the temperature. THE best window company in the city of Chicago – had a near impossible job that many other window contractors would not touch and these guys came up with a solution and executed it to perfection.

Staff and installers were very helpful and professional

Steve once again did a great job on our home. A few years ago we had our windows replaced through them. Now the Vinyl Siding Replaced. When I tell you it looks amazing it’s almost a understatement. I was shopping around to replace the windows in our home in the city. I got 5 estimates and the price and the process was horrible. After 2 companies charging a arm and a leg and 2 companies just not showing up and providing the estimate we went with Midwest Windows. The experience was awesome, they showed up on time provided a written estimate and gave me an affordable price. When it came to installation it took quite some time to get the finish product(not so happy about the wait time). But you know it was well worth the wait, the guys showed up on time and didn’t a really good job. My husband came home and pointed out a couple issues in the caulking. I called and they came out about 2 weeks later and fixed the caulking so we was happy in the end. We will use Midwest Windows soon to do our doors once we pay off the windows we finances.

This company has an awesome lady named LaToya she is Better Than Wonderful! Along with Steve the owner and the two installers Dan and Chris which were extremely professional and great to work with. His lead installer is “old skool” from “the old country” but knows his business .
